No, you can place an order using guest checkout without having an account. However, we strongly recommend making an account on our website to make your shopping experience swift and simple. When you have clicked on the 'Checkout' button, you will be directed to a section where you can enter your Gift Voucher/Promotional code. On entering the code, the valid amount/offer will automatically be applied to your order. You can then proceed to checkout and pay the remaining amount using your chosen form of payment.
For all pre-paid orders, the confirmation status will be automatically updated in the ‘My Account’ section. If you are checking out as a guest, please look out for a confirmation email/SMS from us. COD facility is available on orders of INR. 1000/- & above. This facility allows you to pay your invoice amount in cash at the time of actual delivery at your doorstep. You can only make COD payments in Indian Rupees. Currently, we do not accept cheque or demand drafts. The maximum order value limit for placing a COD order is Rs 10,000.
Due to the limitations of the couriers we use, COD is not yet available for all pin codes in India. During the checkout process, you can use our pin code finder to check if the COD facility is available for your delivery address.

You can’t modify the order once it has been placed. We suggest you cancel the order within 12 hours and place a new order with your desired changes.
If an item is out of stock, simply click on the product, once you are on the product page, you will see an option that says 'Notify Me' and enter your registered email address or phone number. We will send you a notification email or a Whatsapp message as soon as the product is back in stock. You can then follow the link to confirm your order.

All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day (except for Public Holidays & Sundays). You can expect delivery of the order within 3-5 business days (This consists of cities and towns in India that are served by major courier companies and Indian postal service) 5-10 business days for the rest of India. All our deliveries are serviced through well-reputed couriers. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your package's tracking number as well as the name of the courier company that is processing your order. You can use the tracking number to track the status of your package on the courier company's website.
We dispatch most orders within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays, local/ natural disturbances) You can track your order from the ‘My Account’ section on the website to get an update on your order status. Here, you will be assisted with a tracking number. The same will be visible in the ‘My Account’ section and will be emailed to you, along with the logistic partner details. Fragile items like glass bottles placed a in semi rigid packaging material that is safeguarded with an additional layer of protective shrink wrap. Each of our products are then bubble wrapped and then placed in a sturdy carton, which is taped and prepared for shipping. While we try our best to fulfil your orders correctly, in the best manner possible, for any complaints you may have, with regards to your order, please contact our Customer Care within 7 business days of your order delivery, for prompt resolution. In the extremely rare occasion where you receive a product with tampered/open packaging, please inform our Customer Care within 2 business days of receipt, with supporting images if applicable, so we can best address your concern.
Unfortunately, we can’t change the address after it is shipped.
In case you wish to cancel your order, you could do so without incurring any cancellation charges only if the order has not been shipped. You can cancel the order using the CANCEL button from the order details page. Once the order is dispatched, we will be unable to accept a cancellation request.
**Namaskar Ayurved reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming to thecustomer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer thatmay include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.
Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy to understand if your order qualifies for a return. For pre-paid orders that have not yet been shipped, your order will be cancelled within 24 hours of your request and reflect as per your bank guidelines, which is usually within 1 business days. Once orders have been dispatched, they cannot be cancelled.
In case of cancellation of the order within the timeline, you will be charged 2.5% as payment gateway charges and the balance will be refunded to the cardholder and credited through the same payment instrument in 7-10 working days or as per the Bank’s guidelines.

If you claim a leakage in the product or if it was damaged during the delivery process, please send us an email with the following details, within 48 hours of the delivery date. We will issue a product exchange for any product that is returned in its original packaging and can be verified to be damaged/faulty. Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package, for your exchange request to be fully processed and closed.Please write to us within 48 hours of receiving the product that you would like to exchange at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details:
● Complaint Order Number● Invoice number● Details of your request or complaint● Images or videos to support the complaint with Batch details clearly visible as below, without which we cannot process the request.○ In case the product is not sealed/ leakage/ broken products –clear images or video of the non-sealed/ leaking/ broken products along with clear images or video of spillage (if any), mono-carton and outer packaging images too. Please also send images to show the seal has been tampered with if that is the claim along with theabove.○ In case the product received is empty or volume of the product is less or product is missing in the package or a wrong product has been delivered- clear images orvideo of the empty/ faulty/ product with less volume/ or product missing/ or wrong product delivered along with clear images or video of spillage (if any wherever applicable), mono-carton and outer packaging images too.○ In case the internal packaging and the outer packaging received is very dirty- clear images or video of the complete open package received along with clear images or video of the mono-carton and outer packaging○ Mono carton refers to the Namaskar Ayurved box/packaging the individual product comes in, while outer packaging refers to the larger box the entire order is shipped in. Images of both are required to process claims.Once all the details are received, it would take our team 3 working days to revert on the complaint/ query/ issue. In case an exchange is approved for your complaint, you will be informed of the same with an authorization number, and a reverse pick-up of the product will be arranged. In the case of a product refund, once your request is approved the refund will reflect in your account within 10-15 days and you will be sent an email confirming the same.All products to be exchanged must be sent back to us packed in the same packaging as it wasreceived in and physically accompanied in the reverse pick-up by the original receipt and adocument that states the following:● Address of dispatch● Name & Address of the customer● Order number● Contents of the packagePlease also email this document and share an image of the reverse pick-up consignment (inside and outside packaging) with our Customer Care representative who you have been in touch with by email.Once the package is received by our warehouse team the exchange order will be processed within 24 hours.
